First and foremost, let us say “thank you“. If you’re here reading this you’ve taken the first step to better health and fitness for yourself or someone you care about. No let us say “congrats” because the first step is usually the toughest and you just conquered that obstacle with ease.
Our programs are designed to change your life.
We know that sounds like a lot to expect out of a simple workout, but we truly believe it. The inside joke in our gym is that people come for the fitness and stay for the community. We will help you feel amazing, get stronger, lose fat and gain confidence. You’ll help us by being a unique part of our community. You will form friendships. It’s a win-win!
Expect to work hard.
There is no “magic pill” you can take and no “15 minute workout” you do once a week to get fit! If you’re here our guess is that you already know that. So lets have some real talk:
- We will train you on how to do everything safely.
- We will push you out of your comfort zone.
- We will support and encourage you to be better than you thought you could be.
- It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.
We don’t care where you’re starting.
“It’s not where you are, it’s where you’re going. And it’s not about the things you’ve done, it’s what you’re doing now.” – From “Ali in the Jungle”
All we want from you is your best effort and consistent attendance. We’ve been doing this for numerous years and we’ve found that effort and consistency are the receipe for success. If you can give us that, we will help you accomplish your goals, no matter where you’re starting from with your fitness.
Ways to get started at CrossFit Regeneration
We have a few different way to get you started down the road to feeling better, getting stronger, losing fat and gaining confidence:
If you don’t know where to start or what questions to ask, the “No Sweat” Intro is for you. You can sit down with a coach and discuss your goals. They get to know you and help figure out what path fits best for you. They’ll answer questions about the kind of movements and exercises we do and the differences between CrossFit and Bootcamps.
2. The New You Challenge
Are you ready to workout today? Sweet! If so, our New You Challenge class is for you. In this class, our coaches will educate you on all the in’s and out’s of CrossFit, everything about safety and technique for our common exercises and all the conceptual stuff that goes into the effectiveness of our program in a fun and engaging environment. The Challenge lasts 6 weeks.
If group classes aren’t right for you, we’ve got you covered in our 1-on-1 Intro to Fitness. If you can’t make our class schedule work for you or if you want more individualized attention to get started, this is for you. This can replace our Foundations class to get you ready for CrossFit or this can be more like traditional personal training.
