Our kids program is designed to educate youth about functional fitness and motivate them to pursue it. We believe that learning these foundational movements (overhead lifting, squatting and standing, pulling ourselves up, throwing, running, picking things up) will help them effectively perform simple, yet necessary tasks well into their adult years with limited assistance.
Classes for ages 5-13
Our classes will have a warm-up, work on a specific skill, and then incorporate that skill into their workout. A fun and loose structure keeps the young minds engaged and each class session will finish with a fun and interactive game!
Our Homeschool program meets the credentials to be recognized for homeschool physical education!
