Member Bill of Rights

At Regeneration we believe that fitness is more than a single workout or an epic lift. Fitness is an experience that can, and should, be shared with others. We believe the role of an athlete's community plays a vital role in their overall health and wellness. When pushing yourself to your physical limits, inner strength can come from the excitement, encouragement and companionship of like minded athletes.

WE ARE COMMUNITY
WE ARE FAMILY
WE ARE STRONG

You are at the center of what we do. Your experience at Regeneration is very important to us.  We want to help all who walk through our doors develop their personal knowledge and skills and find community within our walls.

We ask that while at Regeneration you:

Be Kind
to everyone in the gym and make it a rewarding, safe and respectful environment for all members of our community. We ask that all members respect their fellow athletes, coaches, and other staff.  Unwanted contact, disrespect of personal boundaries, stealing (from fellow members or Regeneration) or public displays of quarreling will not be tolerated.

Respect Your Coach

Follow class outlines and workouts as presented by the Coach. Our coaches manage many variables over the course of each hour, including scaling and modifications. Please keep your focus and attention on the instruction of the coach as these needs may change from person to person and class to class.

Register for Classes
and appointments to show your intentions of attendance. This is a vital step of attendance as our coaches rely on this information to prepare for each class or appointment. Registration closes 10 minutes prior to each class start time.

Arrive on Time
for classes and your appointments.

Respect the Equipment
by following a few rules of gym etiquette:

  1. Be aware of the other athletes working out in your area. Do not cross another athlete's path of movement, as this disrupts their workout (i.e. walking behind someone preparing to back squat or crossing someone’s running path during shuttle sprints).
  2. Keep your workout space tidy and free of excess plates and other equipment.
  3. CLEAN ALL EQUIPMENT used during your workout.
  4. PUT ALL EQUIPMENT AWAY —neatly and in clean condition—immediately after use.
