Youth

Women's CrossFit classes and community. This program began over a decade ago as a postpartum class. Our ladies loved it so much, we've kept it around! Get started.


Now a fully organic CrossFit programming written by our own MissFits Coach. These classes are focused on developing strength, endurance and a supportive community.

Access to Open Gym falls under our CrossFit Unlimited membership. We do not offer drop-in purchases for our open gym times.


Regeneration utilizes a group class oriented programming structure. Open Gym hours are are limited to only a few days per week. Check our schedule here for all of our group class options.

Sports Conditioning

Our Sports Conditioning programs are designed to cater to athletes both during their active seasons and in the crucial off-season periods. Whether you're in the midst of competitions or taking a break to recharge, our focus remains steadfast on cultivating lifelong athletes, and doing so with a paramount emphasis on safety. Individual and Team options are available.
