  • Changes to the class and open-gym schedule are made in conjunction with changes in community demands and coaching needs. Active changes to the schedule will be reflected automatically in our purchasing site.
  • ALL members and/or class attendees MUST pre-register and sign-in to class; this includes open gym times.
  • Drop-ins are $20 per class or $50 per week.
