We believe anyone can participate in functional fitness regardless of age, pervious injury or current fitness level. Most of our programing can be modified for individual ability through scaling. We want to help every athlete become healthier and more fit through the power of safe and consistent movement.

Community is a priority at Regeneration. We are a community where gym-mates become friends and friends feel more like family. Check out our Community Events page for more community details.
We are also a family-friendly facility and offer a full youth program (ages 5-17). We are a garage sale gym, but strive for a comfortable and rejuvenating atmosphere for all of our members. By leaving it all at the door, our coaches can help develop skill, technique, and strength.
