We’re thrilled to announce the return of Women, Weights & Wine 2024, happening on Friday, October 25th. This event brings together a community of strong, empowered women for an evening of sweat, laughter, and connection—what could be better?

- The Workout: Starting promptly at 6 PM, we’ll kick off with a workout designed for all fitness levels. New to Regeneration? Book your spot today and take care of any paperwork ahead of time. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to the gym, this workout will be fun, inclusive, and guaranteed to challenge you! Expect plenty of high-energy moves, lifting, and partner exercises that are sure to leave you feeling accomplished.

 

- The Wine & Snacks: After the workout, it’s time to celebrate! We’ll enjoy a selection of wine and delicious snacks, giving you the perfect chance to unwind, refuel, and connect with other women in the community. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or just there for the camaraderie, there’s something for everyone.
