Women, Weights & Wine 2023 will be our 4th annual event.
A 21+ night of fitness, fun, and making new friends!

We’ll kick the night off with an introduction to the coaches and a full explanation of the workout, then break the ice and get moving with a group warm-up activity before jumping into the main workout.

The Main Workout

We work hard every year to outshine the workout from last year. We’re all about incorporating fun into our fitness, and you can expect strength exercises, gymnastics, and plyometric movements in the workout. Our coaches will teach or review all movements, as well as help with any technique correction to keep all athletes safe.

We’ll end the fitness portion of the evening with a cool-down, some stretching and relaxation before a few fun fitness challenges to help get the laughter started!

Food & Drink Stations

After the workout, our group of ladies will get the chance to indulge in some wine tasting, dine on a well deserved buffet of Mexican food, and sample from the margarita bar. From guacamole and salsa to the classic margarita and more, this will be a buffet to remember.

Vegetarian options will be provided. Have a food allergy or concern? Please notify Regeneration of any food allergies by emailing info@joinregen.com

All event foods are prepared by our very own Coach Joey, Head Coach and co-owner of Regeneration. Can’t get enough of Joey’s amazing cooking? Check out the
Regeneration 6 Week Habit-Based Nutrition Challenge and receive a FREE cooking class from Joey himself.

Socializing and Games

With food and drink in hand, it’s time to keep the fun times rolling with trivia, prize giveaways, and a photo booth to commemorate the evening. While the night itself is focused on fitness and fun, Women, Weights & Wine is about making new friends and building lasting connections that extend beyond a single event.

Women, Weights & Wine is a unique event that promotes women's health, empowerment, and social connections.
The combination of weight training, wine tasting, Mexican cuisine, and fun activities will create an unforgettable evening of enjoyment and self-care. At Regeneration, we encourage attendees of Women, Weights & Wine, as well as all of the Regeneration members, to stay active and enjoy a balanced lifestyle.

We are Community. We are Family. We are Strong.
