Hold & Cancellation Requests

Membership Hold Request

Hold: A 10-day written hold request is required. Hold requests can be submitted via our online form located at the footer of our website. A date of intended return is REQUIRED. Holds are issued in line with the contracted billing cycle; the 1st of every month. Holds will be issued on the 1st of the requested month(s) and resume on the 1st of the resuming month. Limits do apply.

Hold Lengths & Options:

Month-to-Month memberships: Holds are non-optional

6 Month Contract memberships: 1 month hold maximum

12 Month Contract memberships: 2 month hold maximum


NOTE: A hold can be issued a single time per contract or calendar year (with the exception of back to back 6 month contracts - a single hold can be honored for each individual contract in a single calendar year). Applying a hold does not negate or shorten the contracted membership. Contracts will remain in affect for the full terms of use.


Membership Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request: A 30-day written cancellation request is required. Cancellation requests can be submitted via our online form located at the footer of our website. If you have scheduled payment(s) within this period, the payment will be processed as agreed to in your individual contract. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. Cancellations are issued in line with the contracted billing cycle; the end of every month.


Requested changes to memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee as outlined in your membership contract.  If applicable, you will receive an email from a Regeneration representative with the details of this termination fee before it is processed.
