Foundations includes four (4) one on one or small group session with one of our trained coaches. This program is designed to teach the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit, as well as some of our favorite gymnastics and weightlifting movements and cardio componants.

MissFits

Women's CrossFit classes and community. This program began over a decade ago as a postpartum class. Our ladies loved it so much, we've kept it around! Get started.


Now a fully organic CrossFit programming written by our own MissFits Coach. These classes are focused on developing strength, endurance and a supportive community.

Nutrition

Embark on a transformative journey with Building Block of Nutrition, our Habit-Based Nutrition program. This program is designed to cultivate sustainable, and healthy eating habits. Get started.


On-boarding spans the initial four weeks. This cycle is dedicated to a comprehensive orientation and setup phase. During this period, participants gain a thorough understanding of the challenge, set personalized goals, and establish a strong foundation for success.


Participants move into four-week maintenance cycles, where the focus shifts to integrating and sustaining healthy eating habits. Each maintenance cycle provides ongoing guidance, support, and resources to reinforce positive changes.

Sports Conditioning

Our Sports Conditioning programs are designed to cater to athletes both during their active seasons and in the crucial off-season periods. Whether you're in the midst of competitions or taking a break to recharge, our focus remains steadfast on cultivating lifelong athletes, and doing so with a paramount emphasis on safety. Individual and Team options are available.

Access to Open Gym falls under our CrossFit Unlimited membership. We do not offer drop-in purchases for our open gym times.


Regeneration utilizes a group class oriented programming structure. Open Gym hours are are limited to only a few days per week. Check our schedule here for all of our group class options.

Access to the BLACKBEAR Competition League falls under our CrossFit Unlimited, MissFits or Youth CrossFit programs.


The BLACKBEAR Competition League is an annual event showcasing our members' talents and skills in a competitive environment.
