WHAT ARE THE DIVISIONS?

RX, Scaled & Teens and JUST ADDED - a kids division


WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS?

Workouts will be released in WODify 9:30 AM the morning of the competition. We have 3 WODs set, with the final WOD being split into two parts; an AMRAP and a Barbell Complex.

Heats will be determined the day of based on attendance.

Registration is done through the WODify app.  Not sure how to register? Ask a coach to show you how!

Don't have the WODify app? Download it now - for apple or android.

All Regeneration members (this does not include our punch-card option) have access to Community Events classes and programming through the WODify app.

Want to bring a friend? Have them register their spot through the online sales portal here. It is a one time $20 charge, sales tax applies.


HOW DO I PREPARE?

Eat a balanced diet, rest your body appropriately and get enough sleep for your personal needs -- adults should sleep at least 7 hours per night. And remember to DRINK YOUR WATER!


9:15 AM - Doors Open - an independent warm up will be provided for guidance 

9:30 AM - Call to Action - begin warming up by 9:30 AM to be prepared for WOD #1

9:40 AM - Workouts are Reveivled

9:50 AM - WOD #1 Starts
