What are the Project Teamwork events?

Friday Night Lights: Our community gathers Friday nights at 6:30 PM in the main gym. A group of community members will volunteer – a great way to earn your team more points – or be invited to participate in the workouts or judge. Each week will be themed – be sure to join our facebook community for theme announcements.  We encourage our members to dress up, but it is not mandatory

23.1 Friday, February 17, 2022 at 6:30 PM

23.2 Friday, February 24, 2022 at 6:30 PM

23.3 Friday, March 03, 2022 at 6:30 PM

Workouts:
Open Workouts will be the Friday programming for all programs and classes so that all of our members have a chance to complete the workouts with a judge. For those who cannot make the workout during our Friday Night Lights or Friday classes can make up with workout during Saturday hours or Monday classes.  However, they will need to find and confirm their own judge beforehand.

Judging:
Athletes will be asked to judge one another in these workouts. All judges sheets and scoring materials will be provided by the gym and overseen by the coaches. Members are not required to take the official judges course as our coaches will take our members through all movement standards before each workout. However, for those who want to take the extra step you can sign up for the Open 2023 Judges Course. The cost is $10.
